Stellar Trek - In a universe where the Federation lies in ruins and our fleet is decimated, a glimmer of hope remains. As the commander of your own starship, you hold the fate of civilization in your hands. With a carefully selected crew and a reconstructed vessel, it is your mission to strike back against the merciless enemy forces and ensure the survival of our species.

From the rank of ensign, you will be thrust into a high-stakes battle for survival. As you navigate through various sectors of space, each divided into quadrants, you will encounter enemies, planets, stars, and even star bases. Prepare your shields and arm your torpedoes as you embark on a journey to confront the enemy and aid in the establishment of a new era under the Concordiat of man.

Exploring the depths of each sector requires strategic planning. Utilize your impulse engines to move short distances by scrolling on the map. For longer journeys, consult your Star Chart to chart your course and engage warp speed. The Star Chart will also provide the location of star bases, which display red if under attack or green if secure.

When your energy wanes, shields fail, or repairs are necessary, seek refuge at a nearby star base. Take advantage of the downtime to relax and rejuvenate while your starship undergoes comprehensive repairs.

As you push back against the enemy forces, their desperation increases. However, your victories will be rewarded with valuable dilithium crystals. Mine these crystals from local planets to enhance your starship's capabilities. Additionally, you have the option to purchase crystals to expedite upgrades.

Should circumstances become dire and victory seems unattainable, unleash the destructive power of the Death Ray. This weapon of last resort can obliterate everything within a quadrant or provide a noble sacrifice at great personal cost.

Remember, when all else fails, there is no shame in calling for reinforcements. When your starship is in ruins and your crew in peril, summon the aid of a comrade and face the challenges together.

In the unforgiving expanse of space, success requires a careful balance between offensive maneuvers and seeking respite at star bases. Stay vigilant, as the enemy possesses cunning tactics they will not hesitate to deploy. Beware of treacherous black holes and cataclysmic supernovas that may lie in wait.

To achieve victory in Stellar Trek, manage your energy and shields diligently, frequently return to star bases for recharging and repairs, and mine planets for crystals to expedite upgrades. The alternate Star Trek universe portrayed in Stellar Trek is relentless and filled with unexpected surprises.
